* DreamCatcher:
This season, The Canyons introduces the DreamCatcher lift -- This all-new quad opens an additional 200+ acres of pristine glades / natural trails and increased our skiable terrain to 3,700 acres.
* Tombstone Express:
To increase our lift capacity on the busiest days, we've upgraded the Tombstone Express to a high-speed 6-pack. This means less time on the lift and more time experiencing the Greatest Snow on Earth®.
* Red Pine Lodge:
We’ve completed a major renovation and expansion on the Red Pine Lodge, our most popular on-mountain lunch spot. This includes adding an additional 175 seats, upgrading the food service stations and installing a new bar area on the second floor.
* Silverado Lodge:
The Canyons Resort is also excited to welcome the Silverado Lodge to the Resort Village. This new upscale condo-hotel development is scheduled to open this season and will expand your slope-side lodging option.
* Family Winter Fest:
This season, The Canyons has partnered with Nickelodeon™ and will be hosting two Family Winter Fests on January 1-6, 2007 and March 19-23, 2007. These will include a full line-up of family events, music and character appearances sure to please any kid.
* The Cabriolet:
We added 10 more cars on the Cabriolet to get you from the parking lot to the mountain in record time.
